Confessions of a Former School Teacher

I think this is the 1st year I actually don't miss teaching. I witnessed so many teacher friends retire, resign, or transfer this past year. It is amazing. I was a "girl" who just wanted one marriage, one house, and one job my entire life. I am subsituting so I still get to see "parts" of teaching but not the whole.
