I guess this new blog (if that is what I'm doing...) represents a kickoff to my new exercise regimen.
I had forgotten that I started each post of my old blog with an inspirational quote. (helped me, seemed to help a few others)
Pick 'em up and put 'em down. That's all there is to it. If you're running, walking, weight-lifting--it's that simple. Get started, and you're doing it!

You'll find cool stuff about my butt, boobs, peeing blood, running around blood, lots of sarcasm, some inspiration--I hope, little comic relief.
I really wanted to have one of these pics as my avatar:

but I love the fact that the avatar I chose mentions "motivation", and the fact that it's not always internal motivation. (Sometimes the kid will only work for the bribery of the sticker or candy, I tell ya!)

So...on to today's workout:
1.1 mile run
4 lunges each leg
11 sit ups
11 side crunches
11 seconds wall sit
11 push ups
11 seconds of the evil pilates prayer-like flat-back, sucked in butt, held push up position thingy--learned from trainer i spent 2 out of 6 $500 sessions with; The exercises she gave me did make improvements, but I do have to announce every time I complete one, "I hate that b
tch!"
