If you have forgotten your ProTeacher User Name or password, enter the email address associated with your ProTeacher account. This could be the email address you originally used to sign up. You must have access to the email address associated with your ProTeacher account for this username/password recovery to work. Once you click the 'Request' button, you will soon receive an email with further instructions. (Note: If you have more than one ProTeacher account, you might receive multiple email messages)

It is very important to make sure that the email address associated with your free ProTeacher account remains valid and current. You should update your email address whenever it changes.

If you have changed your email address and think the email address on file with ProTeacher is an old address which you no longer have access to, you will need to try to remember your username and password, or simply create a new ProTeacher account.
