velocirauptor 12-05-2017 06:50 AM

a 3.00 and I was so relieved! I was worried!

49C 11-30-2017 11:02 AM

velocirauptor 11-29-2017 05:55 AM Yes, my score was over 110.

How did you do on component 4?

Zia 11-29-2017 04:53 PM

110 is the new cut score. It was 275 previously.

bmf8140 11-29-2017 10:51 AM

Why am I totally lost on the 110 score? I get the weights and the scale from 1-4, but where does the 110 come in?

Sspencer1972 11-29-2017 09:15 AM

Does anyone know how to get back in to view scores?

velocirauptor 11-29-2017 05:55 AM

Yes, my score was over 110.

MollyDogsMom 11-28-2017 09:02 PM

That's what I saw.

OkGo 11-28-2017 08:58 PM

Can anyone confirm that the weights ewebber listed are correct?

MollyDogsMom 11-28-2017 07:35 PM

I saw my scores. Each scored section had the unweighted score followed by the weight (part you multiply) followed by the weighted score. Then there was a calculator to put in the scores and that had a part where it asked 3 questions followed by a yes or no. It stated 3 yes's would be passing. The questions were if each was over a 1.75 and if the total was over 110 . Mine was over 110 and I had the 3 yes's listed.

Wondering47 11-28-2017 07:08 PM

Did anybody who saw their scores get over 110?

48 11-28-2017 06:05 PM

I was wondering the same thing.

Batton 11-28-2017 05:03 PM

Fair or not, scores were released by accident. Letís hope N.B. will just give the rest of the candidates their scores now. Remove the white elephant from room.

mscrawford101 11-28-2017 04:39 PM

So for clarification:
if I multiply the scores I got by the weighted score I should hypothetically get my score for the component?

And then added up, these have to equal 110 or higher in order for us to pass?

(This assumes that these scores are accurate!!!)

Nc47 11-28-2017 04:14 PM

So your scores times these weighs have to equal 110 to certify?

Waiting in nc 11-28-2017 02:20 PM

I meant can someone post the scaling weight for each component.

Waiting in nc 11-28-2017 02:14 PM

Could someone post the weighted scale for each component. I didn't see my scores.

LaLa1025 11-28-2017 10:03 AM

I did not pass....I wonder if there is any hope since they are saying the scores were not "official"

Ohsque 11-28-2017 09:12 AM

I missed the link as well! Oh well, at least maybe I can start looking towards that 12/16 date now! Have some kind of countdown now!

Congrats y'all that passed! Send me some of those passing vibes if you could, please!

Lovetobike 11-28-2017 08:49 AM

Congrats to all who found out scores and who passed! If you found out your scores and did not pass, my heart aches for you - I am mentally preparing myself for that but still not ready!
I didn't catch the link in time (GRRRR) so still don't know mine but am thinking of you all that do!
: )

AYA Chemist 11-28-2017 08:45 AM

Quick reply- I did use the link above and I was able to see my transcript scores and my letter congratulating me on becoming a NBCT. It has now been taken down.

My letter is dated Dec 16. I am in shock, but that will be another post.

velocirauptor 11-28-2017 08:30 AM

Looks like they've blocked the link.. It was working and when I tried to go back into it, it was no longer valid.

E Harmon 11-28-2017 08:02 AM

I found this discussion board thanks to a teacher in my state that linked to it in a discussion over last night's email. I was able to log in and see my score card. I am SO scared that this wasn't supposed to be released yet and that it isn't the real deal?!?! I did pass according to the letter......ACK! I can't get it together and I'm just on my lunch....gotta calm down before my 2nd graders show up.

seking82 11-28-2017 07:51 AM

Oh my god, thank you!!! I passed!!! So happy and excited! I just found out I was pregnant last week and was so worried about having to redo components while pregnant. Oh my god, I can't believe it! Congratulations to everyone!

Zia 11-28-2017 07:47 AM

It sounds like Dec 16!

seking82 11-28-2017 07:45 AM

I'm confused, I'm not seeing any scores Where should I be looking?????

mn0226 11-28-2017 07:38 AM

Congrats to all who certified!
There's a lot of discussion on the facebook group: National Board Certified Teacher
Many people have called NB and they are saying these scores are not official, but I think they are just trying to refrain from any distinct type of announcement. Apparently there should be an email going out

velocirauptor 11-28-2017 07:35 AM

I passed!! I'm so excited and relieved!!!!

MollyDogsMom 11-28-2017 07:35 AM

I was one of the 3 year candidates (that was loooong btw). Looks like I passed!!! Thanks for sharing!! I'm shaking with excitement!!

Waitinnnng 11-28-2017 07:13 AM

Missed certification by a point. Any advice?

Zia 11-28-2017 05:59 AM

Exciting times.

mn0226 11-28-2017 05:46 AM

[broken link removed]

Zia 11-28-2017 05:41 AM

This is what I see:

Zia 11-28-2017 05:38 AM

I'm not finding scores.

Shamrock10 11-28-2017 05:38 AM

Yes, please post the link!

S2goodwin 11-28-2017 05:37 AM

I would appreciate the link.

Waitinnnng 11-28-2017 05:37 AM

Yes, post the link!

CounselorAF 11-28-2017 05:36 AM

Please share the link!

mn0226 11-28-2017 05:32 AM

Am I allowed to post links? It's a different link that takes your straight to your scores. Someone posted it on facebook.

teabreak 11-28-2017 05:24 AM

Mine aren't there. Or at least I can't see them. I've looked all over the site. Am I missing something?

Shamrock10 11-28-2017 05:23 AM

Hi All! So excited that people can see scores! I have been hunting everywhere and can't find my scores - I can still see my 2015-2016 scores, but nothing for 2016-2017. Is the score report located in the same spot? I am wondering if maybe they realized they were accidentally released. I searched everywhere I could think - just thought I would check in to see if I was missing something! I also tried Chrome and Internet Explorer . . . thanks in advance!

Either way - congrats to those who got their scores! It is exciting to know one way or the other! The waiting is so hard!

s2goodwin 11-28-2017 05:18 AM

Are they still out? I can't find it anywhere. Actually, it says "scores not available."

mn0226 11-28-2017 02:59 AM

Wow, you guys are so lucky to have seen your scores! Mine aren't on there...thinking they've caught it at this point. Or I didn't certify so it didn't show up?!

Edit: Found it. Missed the overall weighted by 4 points

CaliDreamin 11-27-2017 09:54 PM

My scores are not out. Maybe only some were sent out by accident?

WGReading 11-27-2017 09:49 PM

GAH!! I PASSED!!
Now I'm crying and I can't go to sleep.

I noticed the letter is dated 12/16. I wonder if the release of scores was accidental, and if there is any way they are not actually the final scores. Oh, I hope not!

Adrian2017 11-27-2017 09:09 PM

I can't find mine. Where did you go?

kinderock1 11-27-2017 08:28 PM

I was shaking and crying! I'm so excited! Someone in my cohort found out that her scores were out and let us know.

RDixonSoCal 11-27-2017 08:24 PM

Thanks so much for posting this! I passed too!!!!! I don't know how you found your way in - but THANK YOU for sharing!!!

kim7566 11-27-2017 08:07 PM

Scores are out!!!
