Ima Teacher's Message:

Poor HMN.

He sent me a message about how his life is a mess, and he just wishes he had his house back so he could live next to me again because he misses me and his house. He also talked about how he doesnít have anyone anymore, and he wishes he could be with his parents. (Both passed away.)

So now he has me worried.

He does live with at least one of his cousins. That makes me feel some better.

I have new neighbors again. Drug neighbors moved. Iím hoping for better quality this time. Theyíve done a little bit to make the house more presentable. However, Iím not too sure people who buy houses under the table from a drug dealer are upstanding people. They still have the dealerís flunky living in an RV in the front yard, and dealerís son still lives across the street. Dad dealer worked to keep things on the DL with his business. Son is straight thugginí out in the street with his low-rider truck and posse.

I miss HMN.

I had thought when you married you had moved away from that neighborhood (where HMN had lived). Or was it that your new husband sold his house and moved there with you?
DH sold his larger house, moved in with me, then we added on to my house.

HMN had moved away a few months before I met DH.

He was certainly lucky to have you in his life, and I understand how you miss him.

I miss your HMN stories and always felt kinda sorry for him (in a way that I don't with your current neighbors obviously). I hope things turn out better for him.

I always felt sad for HMN. Iím sure your kindnesses were the high points of his life

You deserve some good neighbors, hope the new people turn out ok for you.

I can see why he misses you. You were nice to him and he could count on you to be a friend.

I had thought when you married you had moved away from that neighborhood (where HMN had lived). Or was it that your new husband sold his house and moved there with you? Iíve always tried to follow the stories of HMN. Lol. Once I finally figured out what HMN meant.

I so remember the countless stories you wrote about him. You were kind to him~ Iím sure he does miss you. Are the new neighbors ones to worry about or do they just do their druggie thing & mind their own business?
