A zero will be granted to the student violates any of the classroom rules and expectations, even if the student does all class works.

Maybe reword:

If a student breaks any classroom rules or expectations, that student will earn a zero, even if the work was completed.

Just another observation,
this seems tough to enforce. No warning?
My kids would "test" that rule.

What about the kid with adhd, or other disabilities. Or the kid who had a fight in their home that morning. Just a thought.

A zero will be given if the student breaks any of the classroom rules and expectations, even if the student does all classwork.

Instead of "does," I think I prefer "has done."

Don't use "grant" because that implies you are giving something positive.
