I just tried signing into Aesop/Frontline today and it forced me to change both my ID and password to a new "Frontline ID". They also dont allow you to use your phone number anymore as your ID, but an alphanumeric one instead.

Ok, so I did that and I was thankfully able to log in then, but website just appears more glitchy. Strange thing is that in order to Call Aesop on the phone to check for jobs, it only accepts my Old Aesop ID/and PIN. What the heck is going on here?? Also my Sub Alert App was not interupted by any of this (very surprising). Anyone else run into this on their end? I spoke to one other sub so far and his account was not affected (yet).

Our district just let us know we'll be doing this too come the first week of June.

Thanks for explaining. Glad we have this forum because schools dont explain or tell us anything.

This happened in my districts several months ago. The phone ID numbers don't change because you can't do an alphanumeric one on the phone. It just takes a couple seconds longer to log in on the computer now since the ID and password are longer and involve letters. It may sound petty but that annoyed me for a while!

Wow, I guess they are slowly implementing the change rather than all at once. Yes, Subman, only one of my districts sent an email "inviting me to change my login info". Luckily I can still view my multi district view after doing so. I still dont understand why I still need my old login to check jobs over the phone, yet my old login does NOT work online. I wonder if Frontline/Aesop will eventually end their phone system or perhaps upgrade that too? One thing is for sure, Aesop sure made a lot of changes in a short period of time.

We were asked to change our user Ids and passwords last summer.

There is a new Aesop/absence management system. From I hear it sounds like one of your districts switched to it.
