Thanks so much for the feedback. That is all I needed to hear to start it in my classroom. I am planning on following the suggestions in the book, since it is my first year using it. Does it take a long time to do at the beginning of class? Are there any recommendations or suggestions you would give while implementing this book? I am very excited to use it as my fifth graders struggle with run-ons, sentence structure and punctuation. I read throught the book briefly, but I was wondering how you deal with the new vocab word introduced everyday. Do you test eventually on these words? How do you get them to use this word on a daily basis? Do you just tell them the meaning like the book suggests and then forget about it? Just wondering? thank you so much for your help. I do not know anyone who has used this book.

I, too, have used Caught'Ya for several years. I have used the blue book and have considered adding the red book to my library, as well. My students love Caught'Ya and it is such a creative and engaging way to get students involved with grammar! I highly recommend this as a wonderful instructional resource!

Have used it for years. The kids have loved it too, and the more you play it up the better! There are two books, but the red one (which I think is the first one) is the one I have used every year. I've added and changed a lot as I go along, which is fun for me, too!

I am looking for anyone who uses this book. It looks like a good book to teach grammar, but how do the teachers and students like it. Any feedback would be great before I buy it. thanks
