Do any of you use norms for IEP meetings? Would you be willing to share them with me? I've taught for many years, and have seldom had rancorous parents, but I have a particularly challenging one now.

Thank you, Dorkablex2! That is very helpful. Especially the part about staying on task. I do a similar agenda, but haven't been using the written version.

Here's what I've been using this year. We just started using norms last year after a 2 day training on how to run a "facilitated" IEP meeting...aka how to hold a meeting when the parents are lawyers.

Page 1 is an agenda and page 2 are the norms.
