I believe using the same unit is fine, as long as the videos and everything you write for the analysis is new. I would say that it would also be a good way to show you are a reflective teacher if you write about how you looked over your unit from last year and decided to change x and y for this year. Just make sure you don't reuse any material from last year!

Do not risk your retake on the same lesson and material. Same unit is fine but focus on another lesson now that you have a better mindset of what to do and how to approach it.

I didn't score well enough in C3, and now that I am filling out the paperwork for C4, completely understand that my paperwork was not up to par, the video had too many "illegal edits" and was not very one-on-one with the students. Since I now know where I failed and how to correct the mistakes, is it possible to submit the same unit but for my new class of students this year?

Thanks.
