Are you still teaching grade 2/3 this school year? I teach a grade 2/3 class in a rural Ontario community. It would fit nicely with the grade 2 Social Studies curriculum.

Yes, I still teach 2/3. You? Would you still be interested?

I teach in a rural Ontario town of 1000 people an hour from Ottawa. We start back to school on Sept. 2nd and so far I have 10 grade twos and 8 grade threes. I wouldn't mind pairing up with your class for some letter writing and perhaps some FaceTime with iPads. I'm sure my kids would love it. Please contact me through my email. It's mrs.crozier @ hotmail . com

Hello! I teach grade 2/3 in downtown Toronto and would love to exchange letters/emails or Skype with another school (preferably from a different province or rural area). I have 20 students with equal number of grade 2s and 3s. We could share info about our different communities. I did this last year with a rural town and the kids loved it. It was one of the highlights of their year! Unfortunately, the end of the school year became too busy that we ran out of time to Skype but the kids were so excited about the idea of doing so. I hope I can find a school that would be interested in doing this exchange with my class.
