Comment was the wrong word. I asked PT for help, and I knew 50+ folks from PT read it, and so few responded to my questions ON PT ABOUT IT.

I'm not concerned about comments on the blog. It's had over a thousand reads.

I have been blogging a long time. I have established myself in the blogging world and I feel like people see me as an "expert" of what I am blogging about. People follow me on FB, Twitter, IG, and Google +.

Even with all of that, I STILL have a hard time getting people to comment on my blog. It really used to be a given that people would comment, but now, with pinterest and FB being a big deal, people really just don't comment anymore. They take the idea and go.

Now, your blog is very new and a very uncomfortable topic. It is a very personal story that will eventually resonate with people. Just keep writing. Use it as an open, personal journal. Eventually, when people feel connected to you and your story, they will start commenting.

It really, truly, takes a long time to get comments and regular followers. Build up your blog. Write. Express your feelings and your stories. You have had 131 views in 36 hours. Trust me...for a new, unknown blog, that is GOOD!

Thanks! We must have been posting at the same time.

If posting a comment on the blog is difficult, I need to know that. What I see is the builder side.

I just read your blog and posted a comment on the post below. I didn't know how to post a comment on the blog page or I would have. You are an inspiration and a survivor.....keep writing. I am sure it will help others and may help yourself.

I sent a message to 23 FB friends yesterday, asking for their feedback on the blog, and if they would share it. 4 did, 5 if you count me. I posted here, asking for input. In the last 36 hours my blog has had 131 views. 59 of those came from proteacher, the rest facebook.

No one has commented on the blog. Four FB friends gave encouragement through the FB message, only 2 of them gave actual feedback. Only two PT"ers have given me any feedback here.

Is it me? Is it the topic? The lack of feedback is highly discouraging.
