I've been looking up silver sneakers exercise videos on you tube. I need to be realistic with my starting level

Thank you! I was looking for something just like this. I can watch Amazon Prime and Netflix on my tv nut not youtube. I hadn't even thought to look at Amazon Prime.

Youtube also has tons of full length workout videos for free. Just do a search for whatever you're looking for and tons will come up. I used to take classes at the gym and have honestly found similar quality workouts on youtube. Of course you have to be motivated to work out at home!

For beginners, I really like Chris Powell's "the workout" videos on there. There are three levels. Most people could probably start at level 2, even if you're a beginner.

For more intermediate/advanced workouts there are many by popsugar fitness that I like. They have 30-40 minute videos and many 10 minute videos focusing on something specific (arms, core, legs, etc.) If I'm feeling really lazy, I'll do 3 10 minute videos at different times during the day; I'm still getting in the same workout but it feels easier!

Joanna Soh has some cardio kickboxing ones that are fun. I like to do those every once in awhile for something different.

I also sometimes do fitness blender; the videos are a little more "boring" (very straightforward), but they are good workouts at varying levels.

That's the name of the dance work out. I also loaded up some yoga.

I am brand new to Prime. Will have to look up that workout. Thank you!

Steelerfan, what is it called? This is exactly what I need!

Bless you for suggesting this. I try to take a 4+ mile walk every day and won't be able to on weekends now. I don't have AmazonPrime, but you gave me the best idea:free online workouts. I just found one I can't wait to try using a resistance band. Yay, thanks!

I was hoping to try Shazzy and am excited to see it there. I had no idea there were work out videos on Prime. Thank you for sharing!!

I did part of a workout that I found on Prime. Iu was a Christian hip hop style. Of course, I loaded up my wish list, too! Thought I'd share in case anyone else is looking for a no cost option for the summer.
