That's so kind of you! I love the idea of a veggie tray or cheese and crackers (or both). As mentioned, dessert is always a good bet as well.

Yum! Maybe a couple of cheeses would be nice. Just take it out of refrigeration about a half hour before serving so it is not too cold. I am sure they will appreciate whatever you bring. It is a nice gesture.

Make a nice big salad and bring some different dressings.

How about Subway sandwiches or some other sandwiches? One time when on my last day of student teaching, I agreed to bring lunch for my CT and her aide as part of my appreciation. I went to Arby's and got those MarketFresh sandwiches. I gave them an idea of what kind they had (turkey, etc.)
It was nice.

Love the veggie idea. I have bell peppers, can get baby carrots, and broccoli to go with a veggie dip. Maybe a dessert too. Simple and easy and I have a cute star tray I can put it in.

Keep those ideas coming if I change my mind. Don’t want entire meal. Just sides and/or dessert.

I would put together a nice salad and some bread. We always enjoy that.

Do you want to offer a full lunch...or just add ons?

A big veggie or fruit platter would be a great addition to anyone’s lunch.

Add nice crusty bread or pita triangles, cheese, and hummus...or a hearty salad with nuts, beans, cheese, maybe roasted veggies...for a more complete offering.

A dessert is always a nice touch. Most people dont pack desserts with their lunch. Or some fresh fruit...cut up strawberries, blueberries ,apples, pineapple and then a yogurt dip?

I want to do something thoughtful for the people I eat lunch with (SPED crew, EL, and Biligual teacher) Tuesday since tomorrow is professional development. Not sure what to do.

Someone brought Panera soups from Stop and Shop Friday. That was nice. I had my own soup but had some Mac and Cheese.

Anything you suggest? Don’t want it to be too much trouble or something I have to cook. Vegetarian friendly as I’m vegetarian.

Cheese and crackers? Dips? Something to eat with their own lunch maybe. TIA!
