I am sticking with a color scheme rather than going with a theme this year. The colors are lime green, turquoise, with a little bit of pink, and a little bit of chevron. My question is about the bulletin boards and walls...should I do black paper/fabric on all the bulletin boards and incorporate my colors with the border for a cohesive look? Or should I also incorporate the colors into the bulletin board backgrounder well as the borders?

Oh and I teach 5th grade, by the way.
Thanks!

My bboards have black sheets on them, so that's what I like. I've read that it looks better to keep all your backgrounds the same color. I agree, IMO.

I like the idea of black backgrounds.

I think you should pick what you like, but if I were choosing, I would actually go with a chocolate brown to go with those colors.

You could do black or dark brown with those colors. Either will look very good.

Or, you could do a paler version/coordinating color--pale pink with a hot pink border, paler blue with a turquoise edge...I would just make sure they are the right pale shades though.

I would do black backgrounds everywhere and add the color scheme with your borders.
