I went through the whole writing process with my students and used this. They LOVED it! There is a work sheet that tells how to slow down the main event, a great editing/revising check list, and even a rubric.

Hi out there! I'm new to this board. I am teaching 5th grade after years of only teaching reading. Now, we're beginning a new unit on Narrative Writing. We just finished memoir writing. Does anyone know of a website I am go to find some lesson plans to teach narrative writing? We are using Lucy Calkins and Fountas & Pinnell Reading and Writing Workshop. I am looking for already made lesson plans(would gladly pay) for a month of these plans. Thanks to anyone who can help me!
