Molly and Kirsten were always my favorite. I loved Molly's glasses, because they looked like mine. It makes me sad that they're getting rid of the older girls that teach about periods in history. The new girls are adorable, but little girls know what the current times are like.

My daughters have Molly and Samantha. My girls didn't play with them much. But, I loved them and hopefully I'll have some granddaughters that will enjoy them in a few years.

Molly's my favorite too. I always loved her story and her glasses.

I love Molly too.

I got on the American Girl doll mailing list somehow - when our son was young.

I remember drooling over the catalogs, and thinking, "I'd better have a girl next time, or I'm getting myself a Molly doll". We did have a girl, and she has Bitty Baby, Kit, and 3 Bitty-Twin boy dolls.

My mom always loved Molly, but for some reason she got me Samantha. I loved having her as a kid. The last time my mom was in Chicago with my niece they had her cleaned up and boxed again. The first four have always been my favorites!

My favorite was Samantha. I miss the first run American Girl Dolls.

Aw mine too! I still have my molly doll I was given 24 years ago for my 7th birthday. Wow. 24 years. My parents got her because she looked like me and my neighborhood friends already had Kirsten and Samantha.

I just saw they are retiring Molly! I'm so bummed!
She's my favorite!
