I do a lot of bento type lunches or things I can prep for the entire week at once.

This thread has some pictures of what I make. I don’t heat up the chicken/shrimp ones... though I know some people would want them warm.

I use these bento boxes and love them. I purchased mine on amazon

I don't have much to add, but this thread has inspired to add a bento box to my Amazon shopping cart! I want to eat healthier, but I'm the same way, I get lazy if too much prep is involved. And I know I can easily fall into a rut.
Here's what I'm thinking so far:

I like the ideas of hard boiled eggs (maybe I'll try deviled eggs) or cheese cubes for the protein section. I'm thinking tuna salad would be good, also.

I'm kinda picky with fruits/vegetables (I don't like mushy or soft ones) but cucumber slices, pepper slices, cherry tomatoes would work for me. Also grapes or canned pineapple chunks.

I don't mind cold food, so if I have leftover pasta I could add that to a section.

Breadsticks and some kind of dip?

If you like Greek food- pita or pita chips, hummus or tzatziki, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives.

Iíve also done- rolled lunch meat and sliced cheese, apple slices, celery sticks and peanut butter

Seeds will make a good addition.

Radish have a nice peppery taste and are crunchy.

Bell pepper slices are crunchy as well and high in vitamin C.

I ordered these from Amazon to hopefully motivate me to pack healthier lunches . I got the kind that have four small compartments.

So far I'm thinking:
-hummus (Trader Joe's has tons of interesting flavors) with pretzels, carrots, and celery for dipping and a piece of fruit on the side
-Nuts, cheese cubes, hard boiled egg, grapes

Other ideas? I want to make sure I have enough variety to not get bored with it. I try to avoid stuff that takes a ton of prep (I get lazy and just won't do it, which leads to poor lunch choices) or takes heating up because I don't want to waste any of my lunch minutes waiting for the microwave.
