It was a new member, only 2 posts. I'm guessing that was the issue. Thank you for the response!

Hi Amy L,

Could you PM me the username of the member whose profile you couldn't reach? If so, I'd be happy to take a look why that is happening.

You might be trying to access the Profile of a New Member whose account is pending approval. Most accounts are approved within a few hours, so trying to access the Profile again might work. If not, please let me know. Thanks!
