An actual job offer lol!!

In my state they usually tell you “we’ll know who has the job by such and such date” so if u don’t hear from them, then you know u weren’t picked.

My last job I had a couple good signs: 1) I got an email response from my thank you email from the principal saying she was glad to have met me...normally No one responds. Also at some point the admin called saying she was having issues getting hold of one of my references

Getting a job offer?

Seriously, I'm not sure what you might mean. Has something happened and you're wondering if it's a good sign? I would say it's really hard to tell unless it's actually a job offer. Sometimes they'll say something that feels promising, but they are just being nice. And sometimes you don't get much feedback but it turns out you will get the job. Good luck!

Hello all!

What are some signs that you may be getting a job offer after a second interview?
