It always cracks me up when I see so many foreign companies request "two years of teaching experience" for an ESL job but NOT a legitimate teaching license. Like they think this "two years" is an easy thing to get. Or a thing you can get in a Western country without a license.

Yeah, I know companies get around this by counting summer camps, church volunteer work, babysitting, etc. as experience. It still makes me chuckle.
