I'm not a cook, so am in need of a tried and true breakfast casserole (egg/sausage/??) that I can make for a staff breakfast next week.

If anyone has any that are delicious and relatively simple, I would greatly appreciate a recipe/link to a recipe.

TIA!!!

Paula Deen has a great breakfast casserole that is easy and delicious. I cooked it 10 minutes longer than she said and it was perfect. It is on the Food Network kitchen but if you just type in "Paula Deen Breakfast Casserole" it comes up.

I make these all the time! Quick, easy and you can use what ingredients you like.

This one is as easy as it gets. I even use bacon bits instead of making bacon.
