I bought Planbook software. You can change it to whatever your schedule is. You can color code subjects etc. If you like to type your plans it works well.

This is my second year teaching and I am still so used to being in college and writing VERY detailed lesson plans and they take me about 20 minutes to write! I would love to save time but I (like others) cannot find a plan book that fits my needs. Is anyone willing to share their excel or word versions...I have to include objectives, materials, procedures, and assessments! Thanks in advance if anyone can help me out

Do you use a block system and then enter the times?

I used to use a plan book but found it so difficult to find one that fit my varying needs. I created a plan in Word and saved it to type/write in each week. We never had to turn them in but I was prepared just in case.
Unfortunately our schedule is completely different this year so I won't be able to use the same one, but it will be fairly simple to adjust the labels to fit my current schedule!

Thanks. I am trying to work on that. I get carried away on how to set it up and make it look good.

Every year I have a varying schedule so I do not even buy a plan book anymore. I make a layout for one on Excel and then adjust it as needed each semester. If you save it as a template, you can either type your info in or print them and write them in by hand. We are required to have plans turned in to the office by 3:30 each Friday so it is easy to print two copies. One to turn in and one for me. I keep it in a plastic sleeve for the week and then file it when the new one comes in.

Hi. I have been searching for a planbook made on word or excel that accounts for different schedules each day. I have one with 6 blocks but was wondering if anyone out there has one for varying schedules. We have lunch at 11:30 on Monday and Wednesday, 12:30 on Tuesday and Thurs., and 12:00 on Fridays.

I'm also looking for a welcome back brochure with cute fonts.

Thanks!!
