Check out Laura Candler's Power Reading Workshop. I have found it to be a real time saver and very appropriate for 3rd grade. If you scroll down the page, you'll find a link that allows you to preview the book online.

I would like my students to begin reading journals, but I'm not sure what to include in them. So my question is this: If you have your students complete reading journals, what do you include in them???

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!

Thank you.
