I use United Streaming and BrainPop videos to help them see what they're learning since Earth/Space Science is hard to bring into the classroom sometimes. Your school may have accounts with these places so you can get in there and look for some videos.

I also use as many hands on activities as I can find, even if it's a cut and paste vocabulary page. There's a ton out there on the internet, one of my favorite sites is: mjksciteachingideas.com

i am extremely new to teaching science and i have to start teaching gravity, inertia, followed by what causes the seasons then phases of the moon. I read the book and looked on a few websites (that are too advance for 5th grade) and i get it. But just from reading the book and notes from the book, i worry my kids wont get it. Any creative ideas or websites that would help bring this idea to life for students, cause im at a loss.

5th grade....
