Dh is on his second week of vacation time here He has been preoccupied with a puzzle so it's been quiet here and there. Glad you had some time to yourself!

I enjoyed it...it went fast and I didn't even get 1K steps in today.
Now I am hoping I can sleep tonight after no physical movement or mental movement all day!

Not that i don't love DH and DD but they have been here for the past nine months! Enjoy your time alone in whatever way you like!

My dh went skiing yesterday with a friend, which meant most of the day with myself. Today they are going snowmobiling so again....
Not a part of me is sad.

It is snowing out! 8 inches of beautiful, white fluffy snow.
DH is taking my car to a doctor appointment which means I am stuck at home on a snowy day! Normally, I would go with him, but the office has made it clear that visitors are not allowed. 
I am so excited to be alone and quiet and the snow is making it so I have no excuses but to lay low and read and do whatever I choose!
Selfish, yes!
Happy, yes!
I just hope the kids don't come over!
