Hello everyone,
I have an interview coming up next week for P/J/I occasional teaching position. Please can some one offer advice for how to answer following questions:

How you incorporate equity and diversity in your classroom ?
If you worked in the class and teacher suddenly had to have the remainder of the week off and could not have plans, what would you do?
Walk us through your literacy program , explaining balanced literacy program and what it look like?
Talk about a lesson that did not go well, reflect on it and and talk about what you changed
What does equity and inclusion look like in your classroom?
Talk about a unit plan
Talents bring to school board

Thanks in advance
