I'm using "Pumpkin Personalities" and having the kids decorate their own and the old kids can write a paragraph describing their character.

I just put up a pumpkin patch bb up. It has a scarecrow in the center with pumpkins with the students name on them around the scarecrow. My title was "Pokin' around the Pumpkin Patch" with Pumpkin patch alternating orange and green letters. It came out very cute!

I don't know if this helps, but we did a pumpkin storywriting activity and titled the bulletin board "Tales from the Pumpkin Patch"

Have your children paint a large piece of paper with thier hands when dry cut into pumpkin shapes and put thier picture in the middle of the pumpkin. Draw or make a vine to connect the pumpkins and title ms blanks pumpkin patch
