Has anyone joined the website-"www.thedailycafe.com" it seems pricey. I just bought both books over break and decided to check out the website. It had some quick start ideas and I thought that would be perfect since it is already almost halfway through the year. Everything on it though is a members only. Is it worth that much money?

I joined the site for the full year and I feel like the price was totally worth it!

Is there more for intermediate classrooms on the website, too? I have thought about joining, and was hoping there might be some resources for intermediate classrooms!

I just joined the website last month. I am new to D5, so I wanted to get all the information I could about it. I love how they have videos and downloads for you to watch. It helped me a lot. Well worth the money!

I recommend the 3 month subscription and then go from there...

I did a three months subscription. After it was up they offered a discounted rate for the rest of the year. That year is now up. I would like to renew also, but feel it is rather pricey. I talked with my principal about having the PTO pay for the subscription. She was going to look into the possibility. That might be an option for you as well. It is definitely worth it, even if you just sign up for the free weekly tips. Although you won't be able to access any of the member only info. Good Luck!

Yes!!! There is so much information.....videos you can watch to help implement CAFE. Plus each week they email you new ideas.....information etc. Well worth the money!!!!!!!
Couldn't imagine implementing this in my classroom without the backup of the wealth of imformation at my fingertips if I hit a snag or just need support.

I believe you can take out a 3 month membership. My bet is after that you will go for the full year.
