 smallw11's Message: You could do a war type game with cards. Have the kids choose two cards and whoever has the highest product gets to keep the cards. Whoever has the most cards at the end or collects all of the cards wins. My kids also loved cup stacking math. You get small bath cups and write multiplication, division, place value, or whatever type questions you want on the bottom of the cup. Each partner takes turns taking a cup from a stack. If they correctly answer the question, they get to keep it whoever has a cup stacked house completely done first wins. I do 4 cups -3 cups-2cups-1 cup. I also write the answer in the inside of the cup to make it self checking. I hope this makes sense.

I am interested in beginning Guided Math this year. If you have any center activity ideas I would love the help!!!
