I only have 23 school days as of tomorrow until the end of the year. This time is always a mixture of emotions and states of exhaustion. I am excited for the year to end and to get ready for the next adventure of a school year, but at the same time, I know some of my kiddos are moving away...

As tough as our kiddos can be sometimes, I am gonna miss them for the three months before school starts again.

Your mixed emotions make sense. It's like family...you love them and hate them sometimes. With students, they are tough and can really try your patience, but you bond with them and build a relationship with them over the school year. Missing them is normal.

Wow, that doesn't even seem possible! But I guess it is I know what you mean about missing them! I often think about kids- even years later there are several that stick in my head!
