Hello,

I teach 18-21 Autistic Support and Intellectually Disabled. This is my 2nd year teaching it and honestly I feel that I am not effective. Although I have a great group of kids, I feel like I have a block. I research online and read other bloggers ideas. I am part of facebook groups that specialize in Transition as well. I am just stuck! I have access to ULS and that is it. I have some activities from Teacher pay Teacher. I also have workboxes. But i just lost that creativity that I once had in the past in my former life as a general education teacher.I don't know why I am stuck. I am feeling discouraged. I lack resources and have expressed it to my supervisors. I just don't know what to do.
