from this spring.....maybe even last season. it went viral.

the kid got a lot of flak for being on his phone, but the story was something like he had been watching the game, just stopped to send a note to mom to tell her how much fun it was.

I love this picture. I think I'm going to have my students write their own story about what is going on. I'm sure they'll have great ideas and come up with things I would never think of.

I love that picture! Everyone is looking out for themselves, but Dad...

Wow! I would love to know the story behind this picture.

I love the ropey (ropy?) veins in the arm of the guy who is going to stop the bat.

timeforbed 09-04-2017 03:22 PM

That is a great photograph. I don't think the man with his arm out has felt the bat yet, but the expression on his face shows he knows what is coming.

Hideeho 09-04-2017 02:13 PM

Don't you wish we could see the other end of the bat?!

A very good pic. Thank you for sharing.

And there sits the boy with his phone, looking up. Thank goodness the guy next to him (dad?) stuck his arm out.

GlacierRose 09-04-2017 01:26 PM

Oh my gosh! That's awesome. Thank goodness for one arm with good aim. Pretty good reflexes.

BigwigRabbit 09-04-2017 01:23 PM

I didn't take the picture.

2teach2 09-04-2017 01:12 PM

That could have been a bad scene!

eliza4one 09-04-2017 01:11 PM

That is a cool pic! Did you take it?
