How to put an attachment in PDF form
 

I SHOULD know this, but I'm stuck and my secretary urgently needs my help:

How do you put an attachment into PDF form in order to send it in an e-mail. She's sending an e-mail with an attachment that can't be opened and was told to put it in PDF form first. I can't believe I can't remember how to do this. Help! Please??? TIA!!!

Can you take a screenshot of the attachment or else re-save it into a Word form and then attach it?

In Word you can save it as a pdf (it's the 5th option down when I go to save my file), so then after saving it you can attach it. If you don't have a newer version of Word, you can download for free the program cutepdf. This program allows you to save as a pdf.

If you have a Mac ...
 

On a Mac you just go to "Print" and you see PDF in the oval on the bottom left, just click that and it will save it as a PDF.
