common core and investigations

Our district is adopting Investigations next year. It has added lessons for common core or lessons to skip. Wondering if anyone has created checklists for data collection. Just by looking at it, I think getting "grades" will be difficult. Any suggestions, input, etc... about starting investigations?? Thanks so much!

We've used Investigations for 6 years.

We use the Investigations assessments but we also make up our own weekly test based on the skills we are learning.

I didn't like Investigations much at first. Now, after using it for 6 years, I really see how our students are developing number sense. Our district scores very well on the state standardized test. (Our district is number 2 in the state.)

We do supplement Investigations a great deal.

Your checklist idea is great. Might start working on that...just as soon as I find out what grade I'll be teaching. Ugh!
