Coffee and a massage
 

Oh man, I feel so good. A week ago I scheduled an essential oils massage with one of my good friends. She's working on her certification and is required to do so many vitaflex and massage sessions to get it.

I took her a cup of coffee in exchange for the free massage.

It was my first ever massage and I will be doing it again. One glorious hour of quiet and calm that left me feeling like jelly. I also smell like about 8 different essential oils.

It was also quite an emotional and spiritual experience. I feel kind of weird saying that, but it truly was spiritual for me. I bawled during it.

I have a massage tomorrow
 

I bought one on Groupon with a facial. It is tomorrow. I have been working on a school levy. Needless to say I need it!<!--votebutton-->:D

I scheduled one for tomorrow. I thought something relaxing might be nice for the day. I'm excited to go.
