money "hook" idea please!
 

I am creating a lesson for students with disabilities. I have an idea of how I want the lesson to go. I am having difficulty of creating a "hook" to begin the lesson. I am having the students work in pairs to use coins and bills to arrive to the designated amount on the item cards he/she is given. Does anyone have any ideas of how I "hook" them in the beginning? I would greatly appreciate any ideas! Thanks
