Books for Reading Intervention

What are some books that have helped you as a reading intervention/Title I reading teacher? Specifically for K-4th grades? Anyone have recommendations that you personally can vouch for? I am not looking for books that are used by students, but books that are used by teachers to help guide instruction. TIA!

I really like the CORE Teaching Reading Sourcebook. It's a huge book full of research-based teaching strategies. They also make an assessment book with things like sight word and phonics surveys.
