Day 5
I really don't like working out. I feel amazing when I'm done, but dang! I do not like doing it.

Today was the first day that I felt like things were getting easier! Woohoo!

As part of my ab routine, I do leg lifts. I lay on my back, and keep my arms by my sides or sometimes tucked under my bottom. Then I lift my legs in the air, keeping them as straight as possible as well as keeping them together. Then I bring them down, not touching the floor and go back up. (When they are in the air my body makes an 'L' shape) I hope that makes sense. <!--eyebrow-->
It kills! Day 1 I could only do 2 before I had to stop. Today I did 7!!!

60 minutes bike/elliptical
Squats challenge, abs challenge, arms challenge.

Progress made!
You are doing great and getting stronger! Keep at it! Just think about how great you feel when you are finished.

Last night we went out to eat with my son and his wife and then came home to finish packing for the beach, so no exercise last night. Tonight we will be at my in-laws, so none tonight either. Tomorrow we will be on the beach! We will walk lots in the sand while we are there. That surely counts! :)

I'm jealous of you going to the beach! I've never been, it's a goal one year to make it to the beach. :) I guess that's the case when I live in a landlocked state. LOL

Have fun! I'm sure you will! And definitely count walking in the sand as exercise. :)
