Norms

Dear All,

Do any of you use norms for IEP meetings? Would you be willing to share them with me? I've taught for many years, and have seldom had rancorous parents, but I have a particularly challenging one now.

Here's what I've been using this year. We just started using norms last year after a 2 day training on how to run a "facilitated" IEP meeting...aka how to hold a meeting when the parents are lawyers.

Page 1 is an agenda and page 2 are the norms.

that's very useful

Thank you, Dorkablex2! That is very helpful. Especially the part about staying on task. I do a similar agenda, but haven't been using the written version.
