Data Binders
I'm just curious.... What do you keep in your Data binders? I currently have 1 large one with a section for each of my students. I keep the current MAP assessment data, reading levels, student work of DI comprehension questions that are tiered, any Tier 2/3 mini lessons w/student work. I also keep my anecdotal notes with dates and goals set/met. TIA

I don't have 1 this year-I made each of my students their own. They keep all their data, IEP info, attendance, books, writing--well everything. This year, I'm not holding on to anything that students can be responsible for. I have found it makes things easier when I go to do student reading/data/IEP conferences. I just need my computer and they need their binder no extra things for me to keep track of. I do keep data items I'm tracking in my Drive or track conference items in Forms but no extra paperwork. Working to be more paperless which is hard enough in special education.

Thanks for sharing. My SPED co-teacher has a binder for each student. Right now I'm trying to streamline my data collection. I agree that it's so much easier to just bring a binder to those meetings :) thanks again
