Sub Para Committee

Today the Sub Paras formed a committee to complain about teachers and other staff members. This committee sounds like trouble, they are not looking to improve the lives of students, they're looking to get teachers fired.

They will get themselves fired more than likely.

Foolish

I have been a sub. I knew my place. Substitutes must be invited to the building for the day. This sounds like an excellent way to be put on the ''Do not call list''.

Sometimes it is hard to be a sub. You may feel like you are not respected, or that you don't belong. You may see things you do not agree with. That is the nature of subbing.

Good for you for not getting involved. There is something wrong when a group of adults can not work together to do their jobs without backbiting. I am glad I am not at your school. Hope things get better for all of you.

Thank You...
As for the committee, I have voiced my opinion and they are fully aware that I do not want to waste my time complaining about teachers. The paraprofessional committee understands that I am focused on helping the students in my class.
