Anyone know where I can find a free or at least inexpensive website for developing my own webquest for science? I'm trying to write a webquest for quantum mechanics.

I make mine using Keynote/PowerPoint. Look up Bernie Dodge at San Diego State. He is the inventor of WebQuest.

If you want something that students can respond to, maybe you want a Wiki instead. I've used Wetpaint.

thanks! I'm going to look up Bernie Dodge and try to find Wiki on the web as well. I'm not sure how I can use Keynote/PowerPoint - can I upload these into a website?

Not sure about your last question. I put then in the share folder on my school's server and the students access them through that.

Check out Zunal web quests. It used to be free, but Iím not sure if it still is. You can search for an existing web quest, make a copy and then tweak it to fit your needs.
