What were the three things you enjoyed most on your break?Moving into my new house, being with friends and family and just getting into a routine with new family.

Post office<!--grumpy-->, expense of new house<!--eyebrow--> and hoping for romance,
When is your next break/day off?Lord only knows? Like a real day off? Not until February long weekend.

Going Christmas caroling with my church
Christmas Eve church service
Christmas left over party with friends

Finding out I needed a breast biopsy

2. waking up withOUT an alarm :)
3. getting ahead on some work

1. going to many doctors appointments
2. reading my book far too quickly

I would rate my break as a 9.

1. Surprise visit from DD and family who arrived on Christmas Eve and stayed until the 27th.
2. Time spent with extended family on Christmas Day.
3. Shopping after Christmas.

What were the three things you enjoyed least on your break?
1. Painting the master bathroom.
2. Cleaning the house over and over again.
3. Taking down the Christmas decor.

1. Sleeping in!
2. Spending time with my kids playing and just hanging out.
3. Taking naps in the afternoon.

1. Not spending enough time with friends.
2. Getting a cold on Friday.
3. The fact that it is only 2 weeks!

Rate my break - about a 6 :(

3 things I enjoyed - spending time with my mom (she has pancreatic cancer.) Having Christmas at my newly married dd and sil new home. Having a break from work.

3 things I least enjoyed - No money for Christmas and I mean NONE. Stress and arguments/attitude from my dd and dh (that counts as #2 & 3) I even left for a couple of days. :(:(<!--grumpy-->

Next day off is Jan. 17, MLK Day, but also have the following Mon. & Tues. off too for end of grading period.

1)Going on a trip with bf
2) Spending time with family
3) Not having to wake up to an alarm:D

1)Shopping... I love it, but not during this time of year.
2) Not spending enough time with friends
3) Delaying all my chores until today<!--yuck-->

1) spending time with my sister

1) wish I could have spent some time with friends
2) no snow on Christmas
3) my feet were cold the entire time!

8- It would be a 10, but I'm exhausted! I didn't really have a day of downtime, which I desperately want!

1. My mom surprised me and came for a visit!

3. Having dinner out with DH on my birthday

1. COOKING for company everyday.
2. Cleaning after company everyday.
3. My FIL who is stuck in the Dark Ages.

When is your next break/day off?
MLK...already counting down!

Enjoyed most: getting away with DH & DD to Disneyland, redo my DD bedroom (not the work but how much she loves her room), relaxing with extended family

Enjoyed least: didn't hear from oldest dd, didn't get cleaning done (too much & hate doing it), couldn't connect with two good friends

January 14 and 16th...yay for an extra long weekend!! Then February vacation (Im already counting down the days)

watching the sun rise without feeling anxious
making my own schedule
going to the restroom whenever I felt like it
eating meals slowly
spending time with friends and family
going to bed late
having no where to go in bad weather

1. Watching dh take care of ds new puppy
2. taking down Christmas decoration
3. Being the evil parent that makes ds clean his room

1. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day - I hope I can schedule all the dentists appointments

What were the three things you enjoyed most on your break?
1. The look on my GS's face when he open his gift from us. He thought it was from Santa and it was "just what I asked for" so we didn't tell him any different. Santa got the credit.
2. Having my family together for a few hours and spending time with friends.
3. My house, which was beautifully decorated, if I do say so myself.

What were the three things you enjoyed least on your break?
1. The hectic pace and not a single day of rest.
2. The financial worry, since DH does not have a job.
3. Christmas morning with my step-kids and MIL. I'm all about traditions and the enjoyment of giving. They're all about the gift grab.

February 18th - a Pro-D Day

Spending time with family.
Sleeping in/ lounging around.
Being able to do what I wanted all week.

Saying goodbye to my sister, who lives out of town.
Clean up.
Worrying about coming back to school.

Can you believe this? We don't have a day off until Easter!!!!!!!! I am praying for snow days!
