Professional Growth Plan :(
 

I have to submit professional growth plans today. I have two areas that I know I need strengthening in; however, I do not know how to put it into words. I want to increase my student's reading levels, the effectiveness of small group, and the effectiveness of my center rotations so that my students arent simply wasting their time. Can anyone suggest a great way to say this so I wont sound so new at this. This is my first year not doing my goals as an individual. Last year I did it as a grade level and just gave my input. Thanks in advance!
