RTI Intervention Teams

Just wondering if anyone out there works in a district that uses Intervention Teams in their RTI framework.

Our team includes: grade level, academic coach, interventionist coach, sped, couselor and prince....as needed...reading teacher, gt coordinator, school psych....

We have something similar, but don't see that they interact much with the kids. One teacher works with them for 30 min. usually 3 days a week. Not sure what their plan is for the year, other than to meet and look for other reasons these kids are so behind.
