Action Research Topic HELP
 

OK so I am near the end of my masters program and I was assigned two projects. The first being a literature review and the second an action research project. My problem is, I don't have access to students for my action research project...I only have adult teachers! Anyway, my ideas were to do something with reading interventions and reading disabilities. I can't come up with a focus question, although I've looked everywhere online. Does anyone have any great ideas for me??? Please help!
