Pre/Post tests for assessment

I am struggling to find a good test to use for pre/post tests for each of my trimesters. I'm not sure if they are even a good indication of growth, since I haven't developed or found one that mirrors my instruction. I would love to hear what others do in their classrooms

Pre and Post Tests

I don't think you are going to find what you are looking for.

The type of pre and post tests you need are going to have to be developed by you. You are the one who knows what you will be teaching and what you will be stressing.

You may be able to borrow examples of problems and rewrite them from any textbooks you will use.

You definitly

need to make your own. You will probably have to tweek them each year also, depending on the kids you have. We have been doing this for several years now, even before CCS.
