Envision Focus Wall
We adopted Envision Math and one thing we were told is a must is a focus wall. I've tried finding examples but not much luck. Can anyone please share with me what they have on their focus wall? I did find a few labels from a site, but I'm not even sure how they are to be arranged.

Not sure
We have used Envisions for years and they suggest a math word wall but they have never nade a fuss over it. I would love to hear what others say.

My district began requiring it last year. I think it varies district to district, but we have to have math vocabulary, standards, objectives, and strategies for topics we are learning. I just do my lesson on copy paper in marker over the ELMO and then post that. We have to change it each unit, too. It is a lot at first but I saved all my lessons so now I just have to repost them this year.

I used some of Envisions a few years ago
At the time I was able to find plenty of examples of Focus Walls. Here is one wiki that may be helpful.

Thank you!
Thank you for the link, it helps to see an example (at least for me anyway)

Pictures of mine
If I could figure out how to post pictures from my phone I would. We adopted Envision too. During our training they showed pictures of different walls. In the middle should be your Big Ideas for the topic. Label each lesson. I used sentence stripes for the lesson question. Vocab was on index cards. Ideal if you can get student work to be examples of strategies. I tried but wasn't always successful. You build the wall as you go. When I started the next topic I started over. The Big ideas are in the teacher's manual as are the daily question. I will check my school computer and see if I have a copy of the inservice presentation.
