Nancy....
I will bookmark the site since my 1 friend is always asking what she can do.
I love this daily post. Thank you, K <!--pinkrose--><!--pinkbutterfly--><!--pinkwaterflr--> |
Thanks for sharing
The article is a gentle reminder of the responsibility we do have to treat parents and those with mental illness with respect and try to understand their situation is different.

why are these threads being moved
to "school mental health"???
i thought they were appropriate in lounge. we all know/are someone with these issues....not necessarily school related. |
I agree, this is about mental health, not just in school and there's no way it should have been moved here .
|
Thank you Nancy for sharing this. I did like seeing these posts in the lounge. I will visit this board to read your posts on Mental Health but would prefer them in the lounge as mental health affects everyone not just school.
|
Good article- clear and to the point about what to say.
I found this as well: http://themighty.com/2015/09/what-pa...t-you-to-know/ Curious what parents of kids with mental health issues think of this list. |
Sorry
I wish these posts could stay in the teacher's lounge. I want to read them and will probably forget about them here. I didn't even know there was a Mental Health forum. Obviously mental health affects schooling, but this seems more like a personal issue about one's overall mental health.
